The four steps

Sales, tips and shifts come from your point-of-sale and time records, so nobody keys them in twice.

Gratee reads. It does not change anything in those systems.

Tips are shared from hours, roles and sales, under the rules your restaurant has set and approved.

The same night always gives the same answer, to the cent.

One person prepares the payout and a different person approves it. The same goes for every change to the rules.

Gratee prepares the payout for your bank. Your money stays in your own account until you send it.

Every figure, from what was read to what was paid, is kept in a tamper-evident record.
